Maha Kumbhabhishekam

Kumbhabhishekam Update – Watch Live

The external work – particularly, the parking lot – suffered a major set back due to heavy rains, which has affected the subsurface and will not allow movement of heavy trucks needed to complete site work.
The City/ Township is very considerate of our situation and offered to work with us so that we can complete all religious requirements of the Pratishthapana and Kumbhabhishekam as scheduled.
However, access to public will not be possible since even a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) cannot be secured within this short time since the ground will take a few days to dry, then to repair, lay gravel and pave. Only the priests will be permitted inside the building along with some members of the volunteer & management team.
Assembly of a large number of devotees at the construction site before obtaining the CO will be a violation of city/ Township guidelines. We request the cooperation of all our devotees not to try to come to the site of their own.
Arrangements are already made for all the devotees to assemble and watch live the religious proceedings and the Anugraha Bhashanam of the Jagadgurus from Sringeri
at the nearby temple:
